This website is operated by Gina B. Smith on the Novae platform. It presents credit, funding, debt, tax, business, and estate planning services, and it connects you to the companies that provide them. When you ask for one of those services, we pass your request to the provider and help you through the process.

Gina B. Smith is not a lender, not a bank, not a credit repair organization, not a law firm, and not a tax advisor or accountant. We do not lend money or extend credit, we do not repair credit on your behalf, we do not practice law, and we do not prepare or file tax returns from this site. The companies we connect you with do that work under their own agreements with you.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What we do not promise

Nothing on this site is a promise of a result. In particular, we do not promise:

that your credit score will go up, or move by any particular amount, or move in any particular time;
that any item on your credit report will be changed or removed;
that you will be approved for a loan, a line of credit, a card, or any other funding, or approved at any particular amount, rate, or term;
that a debt will be settled, reduced, or resolved on any particular terms;
that you will owe less tax, receive a refund, or reach any particular tax outcome;
that you will earn any amount of income or reach any particular business result.

What actually happens depends on your own circumstances, on the accuracy and completeness of what you provide, on the provider's own review, and on things none of us control. Examples, sample figures, and stories on this site describe what has been possible for some people. They are illustrations, not a forecast of your result.

Concepts and strategies shared on this site, and in any email from us or from Novae, LLC, are ideas that have worked for other Novae customers and Novae affiliates. They are not specific advice for your business or your life. Refund policy

All customers have a 10-day period to cancel for a FULL refund of the products or services purchased. The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping if the product has to be mailed back. Upon receipt, the purchase amount will be refunded in full assuming the product has not been used and is still in new condition. If there is no shipping involved because you purchased a service or digital product, the FULL refund will be granted if within this 10-day period.

Terms of use

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this site or to request a service through it. Individual services carry their own requirements, and a provider may have its own rules about where it operates and who qualifies.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you give us and the providers is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will tell us if it changes. Requests are decided on what you provide, so incomplete or inaccurate information can delay one, cause it to be declined, or cause a service to be cancelled later.

You also agree to use this site for what it is for: not to misuse it, not to attempt access you are not entitled to, not to copy or scrape it in bulk, and not to submit an application in another person's name without their permission.

You agree in particular not to: republish material from this site in another medium; sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize it; publicly perform or show it; use the site in any way that damages it or that affects other people's access to it; use it contrary to any applicable law or regulation, or in any way that could harm any person or business; carry out data mining, data harvesting, or data extraction on it; or use it to run your own advertising or marketing. Some areas of this site may be restricted, and any user ID and password you hold for it are confidential and yours to keep confidential.

Third-party providers

Most of the services presented here are delivered by other companies. When you apply, enroll, or sign up through this site:

the application, the review, and the decision belong to that provider;
the rates, fees, amounts, repayment terms, and conditions are set by that provider, not by us;
the provider's own agreement governs that service, not this page. Read it before you sign it, and ask the provider anything you are unsure about;
a provider may decline your request, and may do so without telling us why.

We are not responsible for the acts, products, decisions, or agreements of a provider. Links to other websites are here for your convenience, and once you leave this site that company's terms and privacy practices apply.

Consultations and communications

A consultation booked through this site is a conversation about your goals and which of these services may fit them. It is not a service agreement, not an approval, not an application decision, and not professional advice, and booking one does not commit you to buying anything.

When you give us your email address or phone number on a form, you are agreeing that we may contact you about what you asked about. Agreeing to be contacted is not a purchase and is not an enrollment. Nothing is bought and no service begins until you complete that provider's own signup and agree to its terms. You can stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them, and stop text messages by replying STOP. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The text, images, design, and layout of this site belong to Gina B. Smith, to Novae, LLC, or to their licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read the site, print a page for your own use, and share a link to it. Please do not copy, republish, or reuse the content commercially without written permission. Product names and logos belonging to other companies are their property and appear here only to identify their services.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be correct, complete, current, or uninterrupted. The site and everything on it are provided as they are.

To the extent the law allows, Gina B. Smith is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, from information you found here, or from a decision made by a provider. The whole agreement

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site, and they replace anything said or written about it before. They do not replace the separate agreement you sign with a provider for a service, which governs that service.

It covers what we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, cookies, how long we keep it, how you opt out of marketing, and how to ask us to correct or delete what we hold.

Affiliate disclosure

Gina B. Smith, Novae, LLC, and its affiliates are paid commissions on a per sale or per lead basis for credit card offers, loan offers, and other services offered on this site. We may, at times, list credit card offers that we are not paid commissions for. Novae, LLC also offers an affiliate program to affiliates who are paid commissions to promote these different financial offers.

So: we may be paid a referral fee or a commission by a provider when you enroll or when your application is funded. Take that into account when you weigh anything we recommend, and compare offers before you commit to one.
